Rates, Policies, and Contact Information

• The room rate is $115.00 per night not including taxes. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation. Deposit must be received by Market St B &B with-in 10 business days of making a reservation. Deposit may be made in cash or personal check. Full payment for the reserved room is expected at check-in.
• A 14 day cancellation notice is required. Less than 14 days cancellation notice will result in a charge of 50% of your length of stay. No refunds for early departure. Check-in is between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM or by appointment. Check –out is 11:00 AM.
• Market Street Bed and Breakfast is NON-SMOKING. We regret that we are unable to accommodate children or guest’s pets.
• We cater to Seniors and Baby Boomers. We require that guests be a minimum of 25 years of age.
• Dale and Donna welcome your call for reservations 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily at 573-486-5597. Please call for availability.
